December 5th - Ethan Loves to Read and Dance!

December 6th - Our Friend Eli
Owen loves to play with Eli! He is a boy in our neighborhood and we are so thankful to be friends with his family!! Eli and Owen also go to the same daycare. It is a good day when Eli is at daycare.

December 7th - Our Tree
Owen enjoyed helping decorate the tree. He thought the tree was "so beautiful" when it was all decorated. Slowly but surely all the decorations from the bottom 1/3 of the tree were removed...Thanks Ethan!
December 10th - Playing in the Tub
Why wouldn't you climb in the tub with your clothes on? My silly boys!!
December 11th - Our Visit with Santa
They were both pretty unimpressed with our trip to the mall to see Santa. Ethan cried and I couldn't get Owen to smile to save my life. Such a classic picture!!
December 14th - Our Gingerbread House
I took Owen to run some errands and we returned with a gingerbread house. I didn't think it would keep his attention but he sat and decorated the whole thing with me and loved it. I think this will be a new tradition for us.
December 19th - Haircuts and a ride at the mall!
December 20th - A Kids Christmas
We were invited by our neighbors to attend a very fun kids christmas event at their church. I took Owen and he had fun going on a carriage ride, decorating a snowman cookie, singing songs and doing crafts. Thanks so much, Laurie and Mike, for the invite!!

December 21st - Elhard Christmas
We had the Elhard Family over to our house this year to celebrate Christmas. Owen was very excited for presents this year. Ethan liked the presents too but he was pretty shy to those he doesn't know well enough yet.

December 23rd - Dr. Owen
Ethan got a doctor set for Christmas. Turns out Owen liked it too! Both boys like to wear the blue glasses. Dr. Owen will take your temperature, give you a shot and will even give you a bandaid.
December 24th - Christmas Eve
We hosted Christmas Eve at our house this year. The boys had fun hanging out with Granny Joyce, Bill, Auntie Laura and Uncle Sean! Thanks everyone for spoiling our kids as always!!

December 25th - Christmas Day
On Christmas morning the boys opened gifts bright and early at our house and then we headed to Granny and Papa's house to play with their cousins :-)

December 27th - Happy Birthday Will!!
I can't believe you are 7 years old! Will got and iPad Mini for his birthday and he was very excited when he opened it.

December 28th - More Books
This kid will track you down anywhere and make you read him a book. Here we are in the middle of our dining room reading Welcome Winter; one of his favorite books.
December 31st - NYE!!
Our next door neighbors hosted NYE. We have such AWESOME neighbors!!! I had to work until 8pm but the kids were still partying when I got there. Shortly after I arrived we decided it was movie time. Some of them fell asleep but Owen went strong. He was delirious when we got home and went to bed at 1045pm which is the latest that he has ever stayed up. Despite staying up late he was still up bright and early then next morning.
