Happy Halloween!

It was Owen's First Halloween and we had a fun day! Mike, Owen and I spent the day in Hastings. We hung out at Granny Nanny's and Grandpa Dave's house and even went trick-or-treating to a few houses. Thanks everyone for all of the special Halloween Treats!

5 Months Old

How did my baby get so big? Owen turned 5 months old this past Friday! He is getting to be such a big boy. Over the weekend he learned how to touch and play with his toes. He thinks they are pretty amazing. He also got to practice sitting in a high chair. Looks like he is getting ready for some big boy food.

Fall

Owen loves to go for walks and look at trees. Today it was so nice out so we took him to the Carver Park Reserve for a walk and to check out the fall colors. We took a pit stop along the trail for some pictures in the leaves.

We got Owen out of bed early this morning so we could go and watch Mike, Cousin Ryan, Cousin Kelli and Auntie Sandi run in the Medtronic TC 10 Mile Run. The course started in Downtown Minneapolis and finished at the State Capitol in St. Paul. Having a cute baby got me a good spot at the finish line. Owen and I made our way into the Medtronic VIP seating area (which was for Medtronic Employees). A lady saw me trying to get a view of the finish area while trying to maneuver Owen's stroller and asked me if I wanted to sit in their seating area. I thought...why not! I had a great view and got to get some good pictures of everyone at the finish line. Great job everyone on a really good race!
