Standing Up Like a Big Boy!

First time standing himself up all on his own! Just had to get that remote :-)

15 Months

Owen is 15 months old today and loves the new house. He especially likes all of the light switches and is pretty proud of himself when he turns the lights on and off :-)

The Gochenaur's came over this weekend to hang out and to see our new house. We had a lot of fun catching up. Ben had a lot of fun exploring our big hill and playing in the "tree house". Can't wait to have you over again!!

Mike had his Fantasy Football Draft last Saturday. Owen and I decided to head to Hastings to see Granny Nanny, Grandpa Dave, Auntie Amber, Will and Max. There was a surprise waiting for us when we got there - Danna, Cole and Uncle Ryan came down to hang out for the day too! Turned out to be a great Cousin Fun Day!

Physical Therapy and SMOs

SMO Ankle Braces

Owen's been working hard in Physical Therapy! He is getting stronger and stronger every day. Since he crawled a little later than normal and still doesn't stand himself up on his own or walk we had him checked out. Turns out he is double jointed, has loose joints and a little bit of low muscle tone. The doctors don't seem to think it is much to worry about but suggested SMO braces for his ankles and that we continue with Physical Therapy. He is doing great!

Lots of Work and Some Fun

We have been very busy getting settled into our new house. We spent most of last weeks cleaning and unpacking. We still have some odds and ends to deal with but the house is looking good! If your ever in the area give us a call and stop on by :-)
